We are two fierce smokers inside a car that smells of smoke. Neither of us likes the cold, but both of us like to smoke. The solution is simple: we smoke anyway with the windows strictly closed. A Marlboro Red for Roxana and a Marlboro Gold for Gina. The magic of a nice evening ends in a car trained to absorb tons of nicotine. Already from the moment of ignition, cigarette smoke invades the passenger compartment with no possibility of escape. After a few puffs the interior of the car is laden with dense fog. My friend Gina and I smoke hard and fast. It looks like a race, but it is not. This is our usual rhythm. All this smoke on our hair, on our clothes. The thing is exciting. Siamo due feroci fumatrici all'interno di un'auto che puzza di fumo. A nessuna delle due piace il freddo, ma ad entrambe piace fumare. La soluzione è semplice: fumiamo lo stesso con i finestrini rigorosamente chiusi. Una Marlboro Red per Roxana e una Marlboro Gold per Gina. La magia di una bella serata finisce in un'auto addestrata ad assorbire tonnellate di nicotina. Già dal momento dell'accensione il fumo di sigaretta invade l'abitacolo senza possibilità di fuga. Dopo poche boccate l'interno dell'auto è carico di una fitta nebbia. Io e la mia amica Gina fumiamo forte e velocemente. Sembra una gara, ma non lo è. È il nostro ritmo abituale. Tutto questo fumo sui nostri capelli e sui nostri vestiti. La cosa è eccitante. Il fumo è dentro di noi e lo respiriamo tutto. Gina commenta questo incontro in inglese.
