Exercise 1) One arm cable row.
Exercise 2) Ground base jammer 🥵.
Exercise 3) Machine shoulder/deltoid lateral raises.
Exercise 4) 2 version lat pull-down.

There were a ton more exercises but I don’t record every single one. I’ve been keeping the weight lighter, higher reps, and doing higher volume overall 💪🏽
