A blanket that wraps around like skin⠀I don’t do it for anyone else. Just for me.To tell my body, you’re safe here.So even the lightest movement feels real. Felt. Grounded.⠀It’s not self-care. It’s self-connection.⠀And when I land back into myself like that…everything softens — but nothing weakens🌙
