I was so excited at the progress of my kicks and the power I was giving them I had to call my husband over to watch. I gave the bag one last kick, then POP! I heard a “snap/pop” and felt an instant pain in my calf and unable to walk. Slight tear in my calf of all places and I’m unable to walk at all. Got a knee scooter and cane to get me around where I need 😁
Not complaining tho, just telling y’all the story 🤣 Nothing to do but to keep at it and keep kickin ass. Most everyone would use it as an excuse to take some time off….I figure I’d rather get shit done then sit and wait for something to heal. It’ll heal regardless, no excuses, just get after it 💪🏽💯
