

Before and after from this morning's glute-focused lower session (literally my least favourite session of the week but the one I always start with!). Believe it or not, I actually HATE training my glutes and hams 🤮 and much prefer training upper body but we're trying to build a balanced physique so I have to suck it up and get on with it. I'm now at the beginning of week 5 of my mini cut and I believe we'll probably be pushing for another 2 weeks before food gets increased again. I was due to be starting a low dose of testosterone but ran my bloods last week post-anavar cycle and it turns out my test levels actually sit naturally outside of the female range already so no supplementation is needed 😂 (also explains why I build muscle so easily I guess). Interesting to know but I'm quite gutted as I miss being on cycle so I was looking forward to some extra assistance but at least I'll have my food back soon. For now, cardio has been increased to 6x25 min sessions. My weight is hovering around 71-72kg just now which means we've pulled off roughly 5kg in 4 weeks. I reckon we'll get down to 70kg or so by the time this phase is up, then it's time to grow again until December 😈
