

Whatβs your favorite day in the gym? π I always look forward to the days when I train my lower body β I love the feeling when my legs βburnβ after the workout! π But when Iβm not feeling super motivated or just in a lazy mood, I adjust my training to focus on the upper body β somehow it feels a bit easier to manage. πͺ
