This is the eastern side of the mountain, climbing up from the valley floor into the mountain. As you can see it is an arid type of area with just small shrubbery. Just a few trees around the riverbed. My eyes are very sensitive to bright light, and the low winter sun right into my eyes are really t0rtur3. I do try to pose without sunglasses, but sometimes I just don’t have a choice. Posing looking straight into the sun make my eyes tear up. It will look like I’m crying just after a few seconds!
