I always start with good stretches, making coffee and new goals. ๐This morning I looked at myself in the mirror and thought, โIt's so cool to see progress!โ Yoga and stretching not only makes your body flexible, but it helps you let things go even more. Flexibility isn't just about twines, after all, it's about being able to adapt, relax, and move on.I did a new yoga pose today and it came out incredible!
