                        Favorite tricep extension variation! Break it down into separate movements to maximize pump ๐ 
1. Come from across your body with the cable. This angle will stop your rear delta from helping out with the work load
2. Finish the movement with a slight extension. Your tricep goes across two joints (biarticular), adding the extension requires both joints to work hard hitting every part of your tricep
