I’ve realised only you can change the path your on in life and it’s down to the question” is this my excuse or do I really want to get well?” My voice has to be heard now otherwise I’m not only letting him win on destroying me but also my little boy to. I’ve made progression today and I can already see things changing and I’m overwhelmed by the support. Day 1 . JUST BECAUSE YOUR BREATHING DOESN'T MEAN YOUR ALIVE??!! My saying... I now want to add. No it doesn’t but your breathing Jamie, so that’s a bloody good start.
